M.Lashay’s idea came to mind when her grandmother became ill. She was/is a very jazzy lady who always traveled, wore gorgeous jewelry and kept her hair and nails done weekly. As a Cancer Survivor her grandmother was told that a lot of the things she took pride in would now have to change. Once she was diagnosed with neuropathy and diabetes she was told that she can’t have certain chemicals enter into her body. Melissa took that and felt sorry for her especially because her grandmother loved her nails; she grew them so long and kept them polished. After doing much research Melissa found that most mainstream nail polish companies uses many harsh chemicals some in which are cancer causing agents. After testing many other products she has found that you can have great nail polish with many colors to choose from without the harsh chemicals added. So to date we are 5 free nail polish meaning free of Dibutyl Phthalate, Toluene, Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin, and Camphor.
