PrettyclassyHair is an online hair company created by 28 year old Maria H alongside her 21 year old niece .They both are young and from Detroit, Michigan  they want to set an example for their younger siblings and family to show them you can do what you want if you believe and apply yourself. PrettyclassyHair was created to make everyone feel empowered and beautiful. Their  products are 100% virgin hair and be dyed by professionals and they are also are affordable. They sell two types of textures Virgin and Raw bundles which range from “10-40”. They also sell colored extensions, wigs, and the best 3D minks lashes.  Fashion Gxd Magazine : How did the idea for your business come about?

Answer: The idea of my business became about originally because I wanted to open a beauty supply  store and my friend suggested why don’t you start an online store instead and sell hair and that was the best idea ever .

Fashion Gxd Magazine : How do you find people to bring into your organization that truly care about the organization the way you do?

Answer:  The people that I find for my business has a passion about hair like me . I say always team up with people who have the same goals and passion as you.

 

Fashion Gxd Magazine : What three pieces of advice would you give to other children  who want to become entrepreneurs?

Answer: Three pieces of advice I would give to someone is to find something you are truly passionate about .Two believe in yourself every business has its ups and downs, nothing is perfect. Three invest into your business.

 

Fashion Gxd Magazine :If you had the chance to start your career over again, what would you do differently?

Answer:  If I could start my business over the only thing I would do differently is managing money on testing out various vendors.

Fashion Gxd Magazine :What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur ?

 Answer: Three skills to be a successful entrepreneur are leadership ,communication ,and time management.

Fashion Gxd Magazine :What have been some of your failures, and what have you learned from them?



Answer:  Some failures I experienced is trusting people you are close to doing important things for your business. I learned not to rely on people and get it done yourself .

Fashion Gxd Magazine :Describe/outline your typical day?

Answer: A typical day for me is creating promo content, Updating things on the website, checking emails responding to customers, and placing and shipping orders.

 

Fashion Gxd Magazine : How has being an entrepreneur affected your family life?

Answer:  My family when I first started my business didn’t really support  as much but, now they are. My most support was from complete strangers.

 

Fashion Gxd Magazine :What motivates you?

Answer:  What motivates me is coming from a family who all only believe in going to school and getting a traditional job. Being able to work for yourself gives you freedom and i'm creating a future for myself that I can pass down to my family.

 

Fashion Gxd Magazine :How do you generate new ideas ?

Answer: I generate  new ideas based off of what I think may grab people's attention.

Fashion Gxd Magazine : What sacrifices have you had to make to be a successful entrepreneur?

Answer:  Sacrifices I have made  Honestly none I have an online store which I can maintain at anytime I still work part-time, in college  I know how to multitask, it's all a part of time management.

Fashion Gxd Magazine : Where you see yourself and your business in 10 years? 20 years?

                       Answer:In the 20 years  I see my business expanding in at least 10 states  with store locations
