I was at a point in my life where I didn’t know what direction I was going in with my baking background. I always had dreams of pursuing and becoming l entrepreneur I just did I stopped thinking about I had my first summer market in Brooklyn where I grew up at. I made these amazing dessert bars that I came up with, they were lemon bars and apple crisp bars they both have a shortbread cookie crust at the bottom. So, my friends and family told me I have amazing product and they taste so good and that gave me the idea to start a baking business because I wanted to share my creativity and passion with the world.
