FGM: Its an honor to sit down with you all . Tell us a little about your brand and how you've come to this vastly successful peek in your career .

Answer: Ever since I was a child I had a love for sewing. I use to tinker with rhinestone, decorate pieces of cloth and I was always fascinated in different types of material. This became my hobby, then my passion and my way of learning. Like most kids I enjoyed colors, sparkling things, like the shine you get from a beautiful stone.

FGM: Who are the clients/what are the projects that you most enjoy working on?

Answer: My brand is for all demographics and it transcends through all era's of fashion. Even the name alone represents my grandmother and her influence on my style. My name Marie represents me and the impact I plan to make on the fashion industry./ I feel thrilled about everything I work on! There is a excitement of achievement in thee end result.

FGM: How do you feel you make a difference in the world?

Answer: By inspiring others no matter what I been through, pass or present. I always push for my dreams and use my hardships and life experiences as motivation to keep striving.

FGM: Tell us about a time when you showed determination to continue as an entrepreneur. Answer: I wanted to quit from frustration of not having everything I needed for my business. However I put that mental energy with alot of conversation with myself to work with what I had until I was in a better position to continue to build my brand.

FGM: Give me the three best qualities of your brand

Answer: My brand represent excellence in the way you treat others. It exemplify inspiration for all to go after their dreams. Also it is away to express uniqueness as well as feeling remarkable or unusual.

FGM: Give me an example of when you worked irregular hours?

Answer: Being a entrepreneur irregular hours definitely comes with the territory. There were several times I stayed up at least three day straight without eating and barely drinking anything. Just ecstatic and eager to see how my projects were going to turn out.

FGM: Being a entrepreneur is a 24/7 job, how did you get ready for that?

Answer: For me it's about changing the mindset to determination. Observe where I am now and where I'm trying to be. I always have a plan, I write it down and I execute it. Most importantly I understand obstacles will come and things will take time.

FGM: How did you acquire the ability to work under pressure to beat meet deadlines as a entrepreneur ?

Answer: I definitely have to stay positive regardless of the circumstances. I usually work at a steady and consistent pace. Also I schedule out my projects to be complete ahead of time.

FGM: What is your favorite inspirational point, place, to develop new brand developments?

Answer: Being a mother I would say, a playground or a park environment. There is so much energy in that type of setting; bright colors, cute styles, beautiful flowers, and butterflies. The inspiration that you will found in nature.

FGM: Which current public figure, are you inspired by or appreciate the most?

Answer: Wallo 267 is someone from my city that has been incarcerated. He took his experiences, came right home and changed his life! He is showing everyone that you can accomplish anything by working hard no matter your circumstances.

How do you handle stress ?

Answer: By not focusing to much on the problem, putting my efforts on moving forward and not staying stagnant.

FGM: What are the three qualities you feel an entrepreneur must have ?

Answer: Creativity, persistence, and adaptability.

FGM: Where do you see your business in 10 years ?How do you plan to get there ?

Answer: In 10 years with utilizing my talents I would build a household name. Being in a increasing responsible position of having a manufacturing company along with several of my very own boutiques./ I plan on getting there by improving myself with new ideas and challenges, hard work and persistence. Continue research, building relationships, and a team with creative ideas that coincide with my passion to build my brand.
